sound clips???
the one thing i did do differently, though, is i went with the cpe downpipe and catback but used the ams test pipe instead because of the straight design with angled flanges versus the bend in piping in the cpe. probably doesnt make much difference in flow, but every bend counts and in my head thats how i justified it.
i'd love to find someone around here with the ur so i could compare it in person. especially now that i can see how much difference between a youtube video file and real-life there is in my exhaust, i would imagine the same is true for the ur as well
edit: i know i've said most of this already, but i just cant get enough still... awesome

yea, sound is much smoother and cleaner sounding in person, but still screams like i always hoped and dreamed it should...lol. most video cameras tend to pick up too much high frequency sound and not enough low, causing the tinny/distorted sound that usually results, unless you are using a good external mic. of course
if anyone can help me i was just looking for a cheaper temporary exhaust for my evo and saw the Authority exhaust cheap so i ordered it but, dont know what it sounds like, i know there are tons of better exhaust but i only need this on for a year or so. also does anyone know if this cat back will bolt up to my stock cat?
thanks to anyone

All the clips I've seen of the Ultimate Racing exhaust are LOUD. How much does the resonator and mini-mufflers help? How loud is the exhaust compared to stock with both the resonator and mini-mufflers combined?
i got the ur exhaust on my car with the mini mufflers and resonator and i love it. If you like the way a subi sounds with there aftermarket exhaust you won't be dissappointed. Its not super loud, but still has a very nice growl when the pedal hits the floor. If a decent but not quite (but very close) sound clip would like to be heard, go to youtube and search for "ClubCj.net - Lethal_1's Silver Ralliart - Exhaust Sound". The actual exhaust is just a little louder than this clip in person. If you live in Utah and would like to meet up and hear this in person send me a pm.
Ohh forgot to mention, the cabin noise is very good. You can definitely hear it but you can talk at normal levels to the passenger and not scream at them. If you don't want to listen to them turn up the stereo.......just ask my girl about that one.............
As I had told a couple guys I would do, heres a vid of my exhaust after adding a 3in HFC to the already 3in catback section. Sounds like a true rally car. Car hadnt really warmed up for too long, so you arent going to hear the nice gurgle growl it lets out when the engine is nice and warm. If anyone is interested, I will post another vid soon after the cars warmed up a little and really rip on it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YeN6dDw1Tv8

Bob that does sound really good. Not loud at all! I like the DC exhaust too. How are the HP/TQ gains between the DC and the Turbo XS?
What is the pipe size between the two as well? I know the DC is 2.75" if I remember correctly.
We still need more clips of the DC please!!
