A Tactrix reflash cable

does anyone in IL, WI, or IN have A Tactrix 2.0 OpenPort reflash cable that they could let me borrow to do the gst reflash? please let me know

That's over a 3 hour drive! Nearly the same distance to Chicago from here.

I would just save up your money and buy one for yourself, because it's nice to be able to quickly flash back and forth when you go into the dealership for warranty work or recalls.

if the software would work with a mac i would but it doesnt

I just bought mine and expect it to arrive tomorrow or friday. I am also doing the gst flash right away. I am in chicago.

I don't mind helping you out. I'm on the Northeast side of Chicago on the lake. We can make more arrangements through pm's. Also, I have some tools that made getting the old boost pill out simple (a long pointed pick).

Let me know. My install went pretty smoothly and the car feels great.

Using EvoScan you can get a digital gauge display on your computer for a lot of different things, but I find that it doesn't update nearly as fast as a real, analog gauge. Plus, you'll need a wideband anyway.
