TD04HL-15T-7

TD04HL is the exhaust wheel size. Inducer 52mm, Exducer 45.6mm
15T is the compressor wheel. Inducer 42mm Exducer 56mm
7 designates the size of the exhaust housing... 7cm2 This is tinny compared to the EVO X housings 12T

For comparison the DSM 14b had a TD05 exhaust wheel and 6cm2 exhaust housing. I will edit to update with various mitsubishi turbo turbine and compressor wheel specifications for comparison.

After extensive searching of the web, I have pulled up the following information. I found that the EVO IX turbo is not actually a 16G, it is designated 155G6, and it is slightly larger than the big 16G. The EVO X stock turbo 152G6 is slightly smaller than the big 16G... and the ralliart turbo is a tinny little thing, smaller than the stock 1G 5 speed DSM turbo. It is slightly larger than the stock 1G auto tranny DSM turbo, and the stock 2G turbo. The information on the EVO IX and X stock turbo's was found here: http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?p=1952853 and was taken from actual micrometer measurements of the compressor wheels.

Garrett T-25 2G DSM Stock turbo Compressor Inducer 38.7mm, Exducer 52.2mm Turbine Inducer 46.5mm, Exducer 40.4mm

TD04-13G 1G Auto DSM Stock turbo Compressor Inducer 40.1mm, Exducer 50.8mm Turbine Inducer 46mm, Exducer 41.3mm

TD05H-14B 1G 5 speed DSM Stock turbo Compressor Inducer 43mm, Exducer 58mm Turbine Inducer 56mm, Exducer 49mm

TD05H-16G (Small 16G) Compressor Inducer 46.5mm, Exducer 60mm Turbine Inducer 56mm, Exducer 49mm

TD05H-16G (Big 16G) EVO VIII stock turbo Compressor Inducer 48mm, Exducer 68mm Turbine Inducer 56mm, Exducer 49mm

TD05H-155G6 EVO IX stock turbo Compressor Inducer 49.2mm, Exducer 68mm Turbine Inducer 56mm, Exducer 49mm

TD05H-152G6 EVO X stock turbo Compressor Inducer 47.1mm, Exducer 68mm Turbine Inducer 56mm, Exducer 49mm

TD04HL-15T-7 Ralliart stock turbo Compressor Inducer 42mm, Exducer 56mm Turbine Inducer 52mm, Exducer 45.6mm

Yeah i was surprized once i removed my stock turbo and set aside the OEM evo turbo. The biggest hardest part was tryn to get the huge twin scroll turbo in its spot. I had to dismantel it piece by piece just to be able to fit. All worth the fight and expense.
