Most Powerful Ralliart?

I'm installing an Evo X Turbo with ported housing, ported Evo manifold, Evo IC, full turbo back (divorced) exhaust, etc. I need a target HP to shoot for. I've seen 315 whp on some of the ralliart threads, anyone with higher whp on their Ralliarts? Post with Dyno charts please.

Power numbers are relative to the dyno, weather, tuner, car, and climate. Every dyno and every car will show differently.

If said dyno has around a 200 whp stock reading for our car, 315 whp is a good number to stride for.

I think AMS currently has the highest RA with a FPred.

I'm putting a BBX on soon with E85, on my personal RA Sportback.

Should be "interesting"

that's why I asked for Dyno charts to be included in response

E85? We use 98 Octane here in Oz. E85 is sorta like a Margarita made with Sake. On the other hand, an Evo x cost about US$70K here. hence my decision to purchase a ralliart art and massage it a bit.

I'll post stock dyno chart Wednesday, then dyno chart with stock turbo and full exhaust, evo IC, K&N, aluminium IC pipes, and tune. I expect between 190 and 200 whp stock, based on similar vehicles on this dyno (Dyna Pack hub dyno).
should hit around 250 whp with stock turbo and tune. Then its onto bigger and better things.

Will have Evo Turbo on the car in about 4 or 5 weeks.

You have 98 RON octane. We have 93 AKI octane [(98 RON + 88 MON)/2] or [(97 RON + 89 MON) / 2] depending on who formulates it. E-85 is 105 AKI octane (not sure of the RON to MON ratio probably 110 RON 100 MON) and in the winter we have E-70 with 100 AKI octane (probably 105 RON 95 MON).

Just clearing up the fuel snobbery realities

AMS had the highest hp with an FP Red, but they slipped the clutch packs pretty quick. I am nervous about going over 300hp until I address the weak transmission, a process that will likely entail dropping about 6K.

My next plan is to get the ssp clutch pack. I've seen many X's with more than 400 hp! It says its meant for both MR and RA, gotta do more research.

thats good and all. Id really like to see your numbers on a dyno that isnt ttp. We've all seen how they rate stock high, and i think even at one point it was shown they were using the wrong weight load for the RA as well.

I spoke with SSP and they assured me the clutch packs will work with the RA. However, to do the job right IMO you will need more than just their clutch packs. Here are my plans for the Transmission:

SSP 500hp clutch packs: $1,399.00
SSP Trans. Cooler w/Pan (shallow): $1,579.00
SSP DCT seals: $549.99
SSP Pro Red Trans. Fluid: $600.00

That's $4,127.99 just for parts. Total cost would likely be around $5,500?!?!

If you talk to SSP they may be able to sell you a transmission built (swap) and ready for install. Though I highly recommend letting them do the swap. They have a lot more experience with these cars and can drop the trans. without pulling the entire engine. Mechanics and shops with less experience will likely have to pull the whole thing which will cost more in labor.

BTW, plenty Evo X's are pushing a lot more than 400hp, the GSR guys don't have the same transmission issues as the MR owners, or the RA owners. There is a guy on the boards pushing 500hp in an MR with the SSP clutch packs.

My plans are to address the handling and braking issues before adding power. I plan on putting down around 300whp before upgrading the transmission. Until then I will probably just get the AMS transmission cooler. Trust me, if you plan to run the car hard at all you will want to get a transmission cooler!

5,500 psh not worth it for me, my RA is paid next month I would just sell it and use that 5k to help out pay the diff on a new gsr

Why trade to an MR? Your gonna have the same problems. Need a GSR. I run a 7.793 in an eighth but that was on a stripped interior =]

^ This

The RA and MR both run TC-SST transmissions with the same power limits.

I plan on keeping my RA and going for the upgrades. Yeah it sounds crazy, but it's more unique and I like the idea of a sleeper.

I will probably pick up an X once the RA is paid off, but I will keep the RA as a project car.
