idle vacuum pressure

I am just curious what the "norm" is for vacuum pressure/boost at idle, with the a/c off of course. I have been getting -8.5psi at idle since I had the car and just want to make sure that is normal and I dont have any leaks or anything.

Nobody monitors their boost with an AP or a boost gauge? What is it, -8.5, -999999, lets hear it.

Mine's sitting at -5psi (@ 1000-1100rpm on the tacho) whilst on idle. However the car has been stationary for over 24hrs (and it's winter here). When the car is warmed up, it idles at around 900rpm and I'm pretty sure the boost gauge drops to about -8psi....

Right when my car is not warmed up, I sit at about 7, same as with a/c on. But when driving around town, sitting at traffic light, whenever at idle, I have a consistent -8.5psi. I am just trying to make sure I dont have a leak somewhere. Again, I am measuring with a Cobb AP. Hopefully someone can confirm that -8.5 is the magic number for our RAs

I would think an evo would have a lower vacuum pressure at idle because of the bigger turbo. Any RA owners confirm its -8.5?
