No i would not recommend Cobb. Due to the simple reason that Cobb do not care about RAs. They are only few maps for us. However they are many maps for all other cars. If I would do it again I would get free map from GST. Collect all parts put them on and than take the car to dyno shop.

I love my Cobb setup I would highly recommend it. The stage one and stage 2 stock maps make very good power. I now have a Evo X Turbo swap and the car makes great power.

Well the thing is that i dont want to void the warranty yet so i would like to go with the cobb for the time being, also i have a catback and the gst tune says only stock cars so i dont want to screw anything up there, plus im sure you probably gain more power with the cobb then the free gst tune, spider21 is there a big diffrence between stage 1 and 2 as far as power goes? i would like to run stage 2 but it says i need a turboback so i guess i cant do that then?

in order for you to go to stage 2, you have to pay for stage 1 first, then whatever stage 2 costs. im pretty sure that the gains are substantial

I paid for my stage 2 as a protune since I am not running anything but stock catback since I have not found anything I like yet but on stage 2 I made 265hp and 319tq but click on the link for my dyno graph you can compare stage 1,2, and 3 and stage 3 is the Evo X swap

There is huge difference between stage 1 and 2. Especially in a sport mode.

Glad to hear this, I'll be purchasing my AP two weeks from today . Also for those wondering if its even worth it, my answer would be yes (and remember I don't have it yet) simply for the fact that you can data log and load new tunes straight to it plus you can use it as a gauge.

I will say no its not ok to run stage 2... You need the high flow cat for sure not sure if the down pipe is required but I would recommend it also to be safe .. Both parts aren't that bad on price either..

At OP,

are you using the metal or ceramic high flow cat?

Just had my exhaust put in... its a complete UR setup from the down pipe to the exhaust tips.

Let me just say, ITS LOUD. VERY, VERY LOUD!!! But sooo awesome!!!

I added a mid pipe resonator to help with drone in the cabin. It drones. Bad. But tolerable and so worth the awesome sound and torque you get. I recommend UR to any one looking for an aggressive sound and look.

I am also running a stage 2 tune with the COBB AP tuner. Its awesome. According to the charts that COBB post, I should be putting out close to 300 ftq and 248 whp. Not verified but in a ball park with the mods I have.

Sorry for the late post but thought I would add my 2 cents since I own the stuff...
