If you're running fairly rich and still running into knock problems, look into getting your timing tuned, as mentioned above. Bom has the right idea. You should be limiting torque to save your trans, not to stop a knock issue. I'd suggest for you to get in touch with Bryan (Razorlab) and see what he can do for you. Bryan put together my tune, and based on the numbers you're seeing on a Mustang dyno, you're in the same ballpark for power as I am, and I'm still on the stock turbo.
One other thing, during my tune (91 oct), we found that there can be some serious differences in the quality of gasoline from company to company. I put in a half tank of 91 oct gas from a Canadian company called Pioneer, and ran into knock problems. Switched to V-Power, knock gone. If you're running a 91 oct tune, run Shell V-Power for your tune. There are many good gasolines to it out there, but most would agree that V-Power is one of the best.

You should easily be able to hit 310whp/350wtq. I would highly recommend a hard uicp, it does give noticeable gains. Licp can stay stock evo x, it only helps with response and keeping the air cool if you upgrade it.
Also are you using a boost pill? Don't, they don't compare to 3 ports man. 3-port it up ftw. I also hope your using an evo x intake. RA intakes don't make as good as numbers as the x intake.
Also, first and foremost, get wider wheels. 8.5 is perfect

I used Shell gas when I went for the tune as well, I really only use Shell or 76 gas.

I did an e-tune, would have loved to have gone down to meet him for the tune, but there's about a 3000 mile distance between us
Edit... Google maps says 2761 miles

I just got my car tuned with with an Evo X turbo, X Intercooler and UICP, test pipe, cat-back and SRI. I ended up putting down really weird numbers.
253/293
...
The numbers seem really low. I'm thinking its just the dyno. I know numbers don't mean everything but still.
I haven't seen another RA with an X swap with numbers like that.
