If you're running fairly rich and still running into knock problems, look into getting your timing tuned, as mentioned above. Bom has the right idea. You should be limiting torque to save your trans, not to stop a knock issue. I'd suggest for you to get in touch with Bryan (Razorlab) and see what he can do for you. Bryan put together my tune, and based on the numbers you're seeing on a Mustang dyno, you're in the same ballpark for power as I am, and I'm still on the stock turbo.

One other thing, during my tune (91 oct), we found that there can be some serious differences in the quality of gasoline from company to company. I put in a half tank of 91 oct gas from a Canadian company called Pioneer, and ran into knock problems. Switched to V-Power, knock gone. If you're running a 91 oct tune, run Shell V-Power for your tune. There are many good gasolines to it out there, but most would agree that V-Power is one of the best.

I was getting nasty knock before he lowered the torque.
You need 'The W'

You should easily be able to hit 310whp/350wtq. I would highly recommend a hard uicp, it does give noticeable gains. Licp can stay stock evo x, it only helps with response and keeping the air cool if you upgrade it.

Also are you using a boost pill? Don't, they don't compare to 3 ports man. 3-port it up ftw. I also hope your using an evo x intake. RA intakes don't make as good as numbers as the x intake.

Also, first and foremost, get wider wheels. 8.5 is perfect

???

That is because torque and horsepower are on different scales on the graph.

Horspower and torque ALWAYS cross at 5252rpm in real life.

whoops, I didn't look closely at the scales. thought it was x=300 y=300.
Yeah, mathematically impossible.

With Bryan did you do a mail tune or actually go to GST?
I used Shell gas when I went for the tune as well, I really only use Shell or 76 gas.

Yeah I'm using the AMS boost pill from my original GST basemap. And I'm using an X intake tube with a K&N cone filter.

I'm already on aftermarket wheels haha
I got rid of those SRT-4 sized erasers ASAP haha

I don't because my car never saw a dyno prior to the turbo swap and I installed the turbo and grandma drove the car to the tuner.

That sucks!
It kinda defeats the purpose of the fast shifts the tranny is supposed to have. =(

I did an e-tune, would have loved to have gone down to meet him for the tune, but there's about a 3000 mile distance between us

Edit... Google maps says 2761 miles

The numbers seem really low. I'm thinking its just the dyno. I know numbers don't mean everything but still.

I haven't seen another RA with an X swap with numbers like that.
You need a better tune. The fueling alone looks terrible and could easily be why your peak power is so low reltive to the torque. If this mustang reads accurately then the peak torque is not far off for a conservative sst tune.

The max a X turbo will put out unless you upgrade more is 297.
