It's not a hard number. you can't put in 20 and get 20 psi.

With stock RA turbo, on 98RON fuel, I'm aiming for a hair under 22psi - hold that up to 5000rpm. Above the 5000rpm mark, tapering off. Under 20psi by 6000rpm, and 14-15psi above 7000rpm.

If he can't find the answer to that question after about 20 seconds under the hood it's time to get out of his shop. He should know that before he ever strapped it to the dyno.
