AKUMA tuned 294whp 310wtq

So I got tuned at Akuma Motorsports this past Tuesday. First of all I just wanna say that John is the most straight up, knowledgable person when it comes to these cars. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else, which is why I recommend Akuma to everyone. Current mods are Akuma Intake, ETS 3.5" IC + piping kit, ETS O2 eliminator downpipe w/ open dump, Top Speed Pro 1 performance 3" dual exit exhaust + test pipe, TiAL QR bypass valve, Grimmspeed 3 port EBCS, Cobb AP. The car made 294whp and 310wtq on a Mustang Heartbreaker. The car pulls hard all the way till redline and I couldnt be happier. Next year ill prob go with an upgraded fuel pump and an Aquamist kit with a re-tune. I wanna get the most of the stock snail as possible. Big thanks to John and the crew or doing outstanding work. I'll post the dyno sheet later tonight

I've heard nothing but good things about akuma Motorsport. When I heard the name akuma it always reminds me of akuma from street fighter.

Kinda new to the tuning/dyno game. How do the mustang dynos compare to the others out. normal numbers with these mods show around 340-360 hp, but on a dynojet. Is there really a 40-60hp difference between the two?

John (owner of Akuma Motorsports) actually made an entire thread on this section comparing Mustang Dynos and Dyno Jets, check it out

I believe certain Mustang dynos can be calibrated to read similar to a dynojet. I made 320whp on the exact same dyno (Akuma) and only made 307whp on a local dynojet with the same tune. To truly compare I would suggest conducting a test for your self.
