Engine oil; pressure problem?

I recently had my motor replaced to the Evo X motor because my stock motor couldnt take all the pressure, and my piston walls were getting dug innto, creating a "knock" from my engine.

Well recently I lost my dipstick and oil started to come out while I was driving. To my experience, this shouldnt be happening. My theory is that somehow im getting too much boost and pressure is leakIng through somehow?

By the way, I have not had the car retuned since I got the new motor, could this be a simple fix?

Whatbdo you guys think?

RA and Evo X motor are the same motor. Who sold you on that?

Sounds like you need to find a new tuner.

If you have NO dipstick oil will come out. Positive crankcase pressure is normal and if you give it a low resistance path, oil will come out. If you're popping the dipstick out, you have excessive crankcase pressure and some sort of issue. Check your PCV valve if you're still concerned. Otherwise excessive blowby can cause excessive crankcase pressure as well. Oh, and everything Bryan said, you should listen to....

I know they're the same motor, I bought the car "as is" and they replaced it for free, because I threatened to bring a lawyer in.

I put a stock dipstick in and it worked well for a while, but then slightly came out. And the car was tuned before, not tuned now.

Take the car to a good independent mechanic for a leakdown compression test. 108-158psi is the acceptable static range per Mitsu. If that's good you may have a bad PCV or are having detonation issues. GL.
