AMS base tune input

I'm picking up a used AP and ordered a base tune and boost pill from AMS. i have had my foz dyno tuned from AMS and was thinking for just $100 more i could get the RA on the dyno and tuned. question is would it be worth it? i don't plan on getting a bunch of mods. just wanted OEM plus...but i know every car is different and a generic flash isn't going to be the same a dyno tune. what do you guys think?

Tuning is one of the most cost-effective performance upgrades you can do to the RA. Even without a fancy intake, exhaust, or bigger turbo, a boost pill and tune will do wonders. For many, it could be viewed as more than adequate for a DD.

On that note, there's a good reason why the GST Basemap thread is 162 pages strong.

I recently did an E-tune with AMS and was very satisfied. If I lived near Chicago, I would have totally shelled out the extra $100 for a dyno tune.

I did the mail order base flash for my RA once i did my Evo X swap, It well worth every penny. I dont live anywhere near any good tuners or dynos. AMS always does a great job, all I had to do is call and tell them everything I had done to my car and what I was looking for. $550 bucks later Im running 12.5 on a mail order base flash
