Hello I just purchases and 09 Rally Art Lancer and I wanted to know what the difference were between them. And why the RA has less power but the same set up.

 

Can the 09 and up Rally Art Lancer use the exact same parts that fit the EVO?

 

I want to do some minor performance inhancements to my car what should I start out with for example intake, turbo back exhaust. Any other hints. And as far as the exhaust how large should I go?
