Did you run into a brick wall? Why does torque suddenly drop off?

I wasn't talking about the end of the pull, I'm referring to the 4k rpm line (I think that's what it is, no labels). See how you spool up nice and strong, hit peak torque.....and then fall on your face. Something is not right there. Either you are hitting boost error correction, or possibly an unfinished part of your timing map???

oh ok, that part is because Im not very familiar with the boost tables and there are 28psi but drop to 22 and stay there.

That would be the first thing to fix. 28psi is a bit much for pump gas, but just the same you are over shooting your target (either load or psi, depending on which method you use) and it's causing a downward error correction. If you smoothed that out I can see you gaining 30whp/40wtq at least right at that spot.

No offense, but here is the best advice you're going to get all year, and it could potentially save you thousands of dollars: Pay a professional for a tune. That chart makes it very obvious you don't a clue how to properly tune a car. There is a reason that many of us that actually do know how to street-tune a car still pay a professional to dyno-tune it.

Just get a pro tune. You're playing with fire.

too many "bad" tuners/tuner shops think tuning Evo's (esp with SST's) are just boost and fuel - tuning a 4b11t takes WAY more than that

if you're even confused about those two, I would just pay to have it professionally tuned

Why does the graph go back on itself? You have two different power levels at the same RPM point (I assume the X axis is RPM). Get someone professional to tune it.

Agree. Your torque is a bit out of control to see a vertical line like that (is that rpm on the horizontal?), then it falls on it's face hard. You are seriously risking a very expensive repair bill.
