o2 at 62k??!

Hi all. I was riding this weekend in my stock 09 RA and at a red light my car was shaking like hell... just like that... I tried putting it in N, P and D and nothing was changing it. I mooved a bit forward and no difference. It shaked most at idle to 1500rpm, above this it was less apparent. When the light changed i got somewhere safe to check it out but it had just stopped. I logged the obd and got this at my surprise.

Fault log report generated by Torque for Android
=================================================

Vehicle VIN: JA3AV66VX9U608270
Vehicle Manufacturer: Mitsubishi
Vehicle Calibration ID: 186

Current Fault Log
------------------
P0133: O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Pending Fault Log
------------------
ECU reports no pending faults

Historic Fault Log
------------------
ECU reports no historic faults
Other discovered fault codes
(possibly pending, current or manufacturer specific)
----------------------------------------------------
ECU reports no other fault codes logged

End of report.

Since it did not happen and it never happened before. The car has 67k and is stock, very well maintained by myself because i love it and im a mecanic but i have always had old mitsubishi's and even with a bad o2 sensor i never got such an issue.

Is there other people here that got this situation and isint 67k kilos a little early for this??

67k? My sister in law had an o2 sensor fail on her focus around that mileage. They're all likely from the same brand (bosch?) is probably why
