Map EF 2.5 Dyno Results

So I took my car up to Boostin Performance today to get my new setup tuned. The car made pretty good power. 406 hp and 344 tq on their mustang dyno. Thing feels like a beast. Clutches seems to be holding up just fine. I had Devin tune my Trans aswell.

Mod List

Thanks for bringing your RA to Chicago, I had a lot of fun with the MAP EF 2.5.

On pump gas the car did great, but the real test was the E85 tune. Usually @ this power level clutch packs start slipping. With the trans tune, we were able to keep the clutches in check and holding even under WOT shifting @ the 400 WHP mark. We also were able to do WOT pulls in 5th and 6th gear to confirm everything was were it should be . I think a 11 second pass should not be a problem for you Mark.

The dotted line is the pump gas tune, and the solid line is the 11 Second E85 Tune Hopefully

Devin

Thanks for telling me... I live like 5 minutes away from their new location, I would have loved to come by and hang out... Oh well

Awesome results, and awesome job by Boostin, as usual.

Nice! Great results.

What are the specs of the turbo? I just got the same one w/3" inlet non anti-surge/ported/coated/changed wga spring to 23psi. Just want to see what you're running for comparison.

I have everything your doing + 3.5" intake, 3.5" FMIC, stage II cams and full built head/motor/SSP 500 kit, Synapse DV and SPDI ignition system. I'm curious to see how mine will stack up against this. We only have 94 octane in Montreal so I'm limited fuel-wise but it should be interesting!

The turbo is just coated no ported and I have the spring that came in the wastegate. My IC is also a 4.5" core not sure how much if any that will matter on the dyno.

Thanks again everyone at Boostin the car feels amazing. Just like last time I made it to Chicago I was very satisfied with the results. I tried launching with s-sport for the first time after the tune and boy did it feel good. Only thing was when it shifted from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd it had a little hesitation not sure if it was clutch slippage or not. It kind of felt like it was bouncing off the rev limited but Im not sure why it would in auto. I also had that shifting from 4th to 5th WOT on the highway. The trans does feel good after the tune though for sure.

Sorry Kyle I should have told you. It was so last minute....I rescheduled for Saturday on Thursday.
