It is loud!
Sounds cool and still appears to make full boost...
So... what are my options?
I am not eager to get another OEM one - because they crack (poor design).
The only aftermarket one I am aware of is MAP (fro EVO X only)...
So...
Any other RA exhaust manifold options?
Thanks!

If its not bad, a good welder can weld it on the car ( if the crack is on the top ) typically cast iron needs to be heated cherry red before welding and stress relieved after BUT a minor crack can be repaired by drilling small holes at both ends of the crack, inletting the crack itself with a grinder, running the car till the manifold is HOT and welding the crack with the correct welding rod.
Done early, this can save the mani.

My guy seems to think so. Needs "special" high nickel content solder.
My Lovely Bride will bring it to him Wed and I will let y'all know what I find out...
Other option is to do it myself with "ThermoSteel"...

Mine broke with about 90K on it. Apparently they all crack on the No. 2 (?) runner. A replacement stock manifold and gasket can be had for about $600. Install isn't too hard, just have to drench the bolts in PB Blaster.
I'm planning on replacing mine with a factory unit and having the old one welded in case the new one cracks before I get rid of the car in a year or two.

ALL of the epoxy / silica / quiksteels I have tried will work a few days to a week, but they harden and become brittle and shatter, temporary fix only.
I work in the Autoparts industry ( 12+ years...) and have tried every compound out there, they help temporarily and if you use a thermotech type ( fiberglass ) header wrap over the top of the repair, it buys you more time before the jet hot exhaust gases burn thru even the wrap itself. ;(
