okay can you explain the "T" going into the solenoid then? One hose off the solenoid should go to the hose assembly I referenced and one should go to the intake tube.

You are really going to have to get me a photo. Sounds like your lines are anything but stock. I'm curious if you even still have the oem boost pill still in there. Can you check using the photo I posted as reference?
