Unplugging the wastegate solenoid?

I am having an issue with inconsistent boost I talked to Cobb and they said it sounded like the wastegate solenoid I read an older post where people was talking about unplugging their (BCS) and was getting more consistent boost are these the same thing and if not what would happen if I unplug my wastegate solenoid's harness would I need to cap off the 2 vacuum lines S well?

No, do not unplug the waste gate actuator.

If is not building boost consistently - replace the waste gate actuator assy. If it is not holding boost - replace the BOV with an EVO X (or EVO IX) one.

Are you trolling? You made a thread here about the same thing last week and that you fixed it already

I have fixed the boost leak but still am not getting more then 10ibs of boost peak I read a thread about unplugging the wastegate solenoid but I was still only getting 10ibs at peak boost so it's not a boost leak like everyone said I've had Mitsubishi do a pressure and vacuum test and a smoke test
And like I said before 18psi vacuum
10psi boost the chart I was shown on the other post said 17-18 ibs of boost so what else can it be

You said it's making 18psi and 17 in vac in that link. Is that not true?

Did you buy the car used?

Yes I bought the car used it was a one owner car
When I replaced all the hoses and lines and took it out the first time it hit 18psi and 17 vac once then the psi dropped to 10 and has remained the same

What hoses and lines did you replace? Did you replace the boost solenoid hose assembly?

Do you have it hooked up like this?

I don't know if it's the guage or not but I've noticed here the last couple of days when my boost guage does hit 10psi on peak the needle is wiggling back and forth rapidly from 9.5-11 while I'm in high RPM'S above 4K
