So far its not chipping on its own. I chipped it a little when i was rotating my tires and slightly curbed one wheel, barely noticeable though . And there are some i missed right where i put the index cards in between the tire and the very edge of the rim, u really have to get up close to see all of these. So it's pretty much owner's error

If you ask me the paint is pretty good and serves it purpose but by all means if you have the money, want it professionally done and don't mind your car being down a few days to a week then get the powdercoat. I personally would rather spend that money on new, lighter wheels or performance parts.

I got home a little late and couldn't get any good pics. I will try again tomorrow in the daylight. Here is just a sneak peak!

65 each almost buys a whole new set of wheels! $28 total for all four on mine. Well $40 if you add the twelve pack of heineken lol. Powder coat does look nice though. I think we all expect some pics once you get them back on!

I did mine almost 6 months ago and the edge of the rim by the tire is starting to come off. I think it may be because i didnt sand well enough or it was too thinly covered in paint

Yea that part is easily overlooked. You got to get real close to see mine so it doesn't bother me.

I used Rust-o-leum automobile primer and Duplicolor performance wheel paint and clear coat.
