Is it possible (I searched didn't find anything) to install OEM Evolution vented front fenders on the 10RA?

 

Are you talking about the entire fender or just the little vent behind the tire? If you want the vent, you can get just that, you dont have to replace the fender. If you actually want to put an evo x fender on your RA, I am thinking that wont work...and probably look a little odd with the front being real wide and the rear being skinny.

 

i think you need the EVO front bumper and evo front bumper support/crash bar. since the fender is wider i don't think it would line up properly with the RA bumper.

 

yes it is possible..
but ull need a Evo X front bumper..
and the OEM side skirt will have problem aligning as well.. seen someone what that mod in ClbRA

At first I was like - wow, your a little mean... but then I looked a little closer - yes that scorpion kit is retarded. The first one isn't so bad - just a little over the top for me.

As for putting "just the vent" How?

Evo X fenders
Evo X bumper cover
Evo X undertray
Evo X fender liners
Evo X bumper beam
and all misc...

Joe, if you looking to put just the vent you can sometimes find them on the forum classifieds under Evo x private sales. If not, there are a handful of companies that make them, most are carbon fiber, but you can always paint it to match. I am sure you know, but they wont actually be functional and might look a little weird if the paint behind the mesh is showing, unless of course you cut a hole in your fender.

 

I was just calling it like I saw it. The idea isn't bad. The execution just leaves something to be desired.

 

meh, the scorpion kit on the white RA doesn't look half bad. i think anyone wanting to do a widebody RA would want it to look like a track car anyway.

Ehhh, I think that body kit has way way too much going on. It doesnt flow at all with the stock curvature of the car and its got way too many cheasy air vents that do nothing. Not to mention the big gap behind the rear tire looks incredibly bad. If I was really that concerned with making my RA look so much more aggresive I would get an X. But, as always, to each his own, its just my personal opinion.
