Best thing I would suggest is to take a tape measurer and measure the hood and see if it could go in through the trunk if you lay the seats down. If not then what I would do, and it may sound dumb for a moment but it would get the job done, is wrap it up in some bubble wrap or something that won't scratch the hood or you car and bungee cord or tie it down on the top of your car. Roll down your windows a little bit and tie the string or bungee cords all the way around it.Just an idea

i highly doubt its gonna fit in the car, our trunk isnt really wide it less than 3ft so im guessing the whole way it would fit is if u had passenger seat folded all the way down and u laid it diagonal from back to front right

Idk if it will fit in the door though. It's always worth a shot, but I would wrap it in something to make sure it doesn't get scratched up.

I wouldn't think it would fit then. I would personally either find a buddy with a truck, always my first choice, or as I said earlier, throw it ontop of the roof and strap it down. Your choice man

You need an SUV/Crossover at least. They have more clearance in the rear. My brother's 2000 CRV fits a hood in the back flat down. You can't fit it into the trunk, if you do then you can't get it through the folded rear seat. You could probably have it sticking out of your trunk though.

Well by the way you make it sound you aren't very far away from where you are getting your hood. If that's the case just take your hood off at your house and then install your new one on the spot when you purchase it.

Best option is to take the hood off the car and drive with no hood until you purchase the new one and install it on the spot.
