Anyone know a good way to run the wire all the way up to the front location. I was going to go out through the stock location and run it to the front of the car but I don't see a way to attach the wire and I don't see anything else to use unless I use the drain plugs. Is this ok to use or is there a better way?
This is my experience using an AEM Analog WB with Bosch O2:
I used the same grommet that the forward o2 sensor uses to pass through the body.
Ran the wires inside behind the dash to the gauge pod above the OEM instrument cluster.
Underneath the car, I actually used 2 of those tiny zip ties to hold it along the same routing as the stock forward o2 sensor. Further to the rear, I used a drill and pulled the thin metal heat shield (aka giant razorblade) that runs along the driveshaft tunnel out ever so slightly and drilled 2 small holes (into the shield only, not the car) that the press-fit "christmas tree" clips on the wb connector could press into.
Works like a champ
