10.2 Satnav/SYGAV head unit will not boot up

Hello all, I am new to this forum. I have been having issues with this head unit I just installed today. When I turn my car on, the radio does not boot up at all. I have disconnecting/connecting the battery, I have tried reconnecting the power harness.... unfortunately, no dice. I have not tried the method where you go to the recovery screen yet. I will tomorrow. Can anybody advise what may be the issue? I posted some pics to show you what I am dealing with.

Ok, I just tried to do the Recovery Mode methods, but no dice. I can not get the radio to boot up. I will wait until I get a response from the seller.

Did you properly ground the radio somewhere to the frame? Is the fuse on the back of the radio still intact?

Yup, and just now grounded the wires (forgot about that originally). And still, no display. I got a message from the seller to disconnect all cords and harnesses and ground the wires. I just did and also disconnected the power for a few hours. I just now put everything back together and grounded the wires. Still got no picture. I asked the seller to see if I can get a manual since there wasn't one to begin with. Thank you for your reply. I may have received a faulty a unit. I'll try to keep following up with the seller.

Yeah then its just possible you got a bad unit. That or a bad harness. When I installed mine it booted right up.

Yeah most likely. I did mess with the head unit some more today and nothing. I'll just work with the seller of getting a replacement issued and have this one return to them. But thank you for your help though. I appreciate it!
