Why don't you go with powder coating the valve cover, and a wire tuck. Took me 30 min or so to tuck the wires, after i figured out the route and got my supplies together. I had my VC done by JNZ tuning.

if u take the engine cover off the evo/ralliart .. can it **** up? like by rain or something?

 

No, I've had mine off for a year with no problem.
