Why don't you go with powder coating the valve cover, and a wire tuck. Took me 30 min or so to tuck the wires, after i figured out the route and got my supplies together. I had my VC done by JNZ tuning.

Any pics of the cover to match the Rotor Glow Orange color? Just wondering how that would look to match the body color.

White engine cover

Here is a picture of my WW Rali SB with the painted engine cover and fuse boxes. I used the Rustoluim High heat paint.
