250 for prep (including some very minor glass work to fix a slightly damaged corner) and paint, but i work at a dealer and its the body shop we always send our work out to, so they hooked it up a little considering i didnt realize until i brought it in that there was a chip in the rear corner from shipping and didnt feel like fighting with the shipper after i already signed for it and everything, its just such a hassle, its not even worth it. so for 250 out the door, not too bad. normal customer i would expect 300-400ish for basic prep/paint without the fg repair since the trunk already comes very well-made straight from do-luck. i just got unlucky on the shipping end i guess.

finally took it off today. it took about 30 min. and it came off really easy and clean. the adhesive came right off. overall, looking at it from the back, it looks more beastly. Form the side however, it looks ehhh unless you have a lip.

ok, so, my impatience + an overall lack of precipitation = do-luck trunk on a ralliart...finally. it actually looks pretty much the same as they do on the evo, and i dont think the ralliart's lack of widebody takes away from the awesomeness of this trunk at all. once springtime comes and i get my rims on and drop the car on the rrm springs, its definitely gonna be due for a proper photo shoot. until then tho, here's what i've got with it on the winter setup:

not bad eh? i still want to at least put the triple diamond emblem back on it, but the release button is getting relocated so thats about it. nice and clean.
