yah, i know. makes life much easier in the chicago winter though with the diamante 16's and michelin alpin pa3 snow tires. if you had seen them before i refinished them, you'd think this was a major improvement...lol

as far as the drop, it definitely completes the look, but again, with winters sucking the way they do, i opted to drive at stock ride height and let the city do all the plowing on the streets. it still looks much better in person than in the photos, but it is lacking that little bit of something that a drop would complete. only a couple months left.

 

Drop or not, I think it looks good. You should come up here for some WinterX so I can inspect

as soon as i get some time, i need to reroute the wiring through the inside of the trunk past the spare tire and through a body grommet out back somewhere so i can mount it on that piece of plastic bumper that runs between the two license plate lights. nice and stealthy but still easy access, just gotta take my time and try to route it with the lic. lights so it stays clean and doesnt cause any leaks into the trunk compartment.

i would love to come up and do some winter autox. pm me, if you can, the next few scheduled dates and i'll see if i can con my parents into watching my daughter while i try not to kill myself for a day...

seriously that black anf cf trunk looks hot. im thinking of maybe getting that trunk not sure of fiberglass or cf. my ride is whicked white which do u think would look better?

 

If you're WW then I'd probably go with the fiberglass and paint it. I think the bare CF looks best on TB or GG colors

 

Paint it. But make sure you specify to the painter to use light coats of paint so the CF pattern still shows through. I think properly painted CF look absolutely amazing.
