argh I don't think I'll be able to wait through the production time! I have the worst luck with timing

just upgraded to X MR BBS /w 245 and I need a drop! Would like to avoid springs and just do it right the first time with BC RAM coils.

i know it doesn't mean much, since I've had to experience it myself, but any estimate on how long?

Doing it right the first time wouldn't be installing BC coilovers haha. No offense. I think people have a pretty large misunderstading of how important suspension is on a car.

BUT...as far as lead time, mine should be done shortly. I know they are real bsy over there in the Netherlands, but Bryan is helping to push these through. Maybe a month til I get em? But hopefully sooner.

haha yeah I'm pretty mixed on them, but overall not looking until this damn battery bracket and turbo swap are complete. I want to tackle one system at a time

but definitely interested!

Here's a little update on the car. Things take tiiiiiiiime...I'm finding this out. First off, I finally received my CE28's (18x9.5 +22) back from powder coating. They were originally white, and I think that would've looked really cool, but decided to match the Evo and do them Matte Black. I mounted them on 245/40/18 Nitto NT05's. The tires are slightly stretched, but it works well because the wheels are so wide.

Second...JDP delivered my lip on Friday before MOD and I was able to get it on the car right away. Install was a breeze, even without a drill I was able to mount it in 10 minutes. Fits great, nice and tight. It looks great too!

Lastly...my JRZ RS1's arrived! They were rush ordered and built just for this car with production intent if there is interest. Mind you they will be expensive, but if my Evo is any example, then you should realize that suspension is a worthwhile investment. These won't be upwards of $8,000 like the Triples on my Evo, think closer to a high end KW price...maybe $3,000 range. I haven't had time to install them just yet, but once I do it'll be nice to test them out.

Ok, so here are some pictures of the new parts and the car with the CE28's and NT05's mounted on TEIN springs. Without the ability to adjust the ride height and alignment, they are a tough fit. But with the JRZ's on the car, they will fit amazingly. TRUST me haha. Enjoy this for now, full photoshoot is on the way once I get back from a few travels

Parts:

Sportback with brand new JDP lip:

Sportback with lip and CE's:

And one of the Evo for good measure:

Are you going to do something to the rear so the wheels don't stick out 5 inches?

It's getting closer n closer. Gonna be a good pair.

Bryan - Yes of course. I just stuck them on there w/o any adjustments. They will fit perfect with some adjusting, lowering and fender work.

Haha I know...it sucks. Once it's lowered and aligned it'll be just as clean.

Both of those cars look HOT dude! By the way, did you have to do any rolling when you lowered on the Teins and put the spacers on?
