RalliArt Lip
The front lip portion is about 97% just a few imperfections to fill. I just roughed out the side clips. I need sand them down a tad so it can be a snug fit, with easy install and removal. I have a small 1/32-1/16 on the driver side, I will might fill that or leave it because it helps with install. Later this week I should have both sides complete. The little step down that you see on the side is from the MDF core. I will be trimming that down and blending it in with the side. As you can see the lip sits about 3/8 to 1/2" lower then the stock bumper. I am on vacation next week and should be to the point where I can find a few cars to test fit(let me know if your available to visit the northwest subs of Chicago[almost Wisconsin]).

Like how you made the sides that wrap around the bumper. Very impressive work like always. As soon as you get the side triangles molded to the rest of the lip it will be perfect. Can't wait to see it produced in cf!!!!!
GC you know I'm down for test fitting. Just don't paint or prime it before I get a chance to try it on, I'm sure I'm not the only one interested in seeing it white-on-white. Will help others decide who are interested in paint color-matching
It's already primed in these pics. But I could do a light coat of white on it.
