Nice find nyc! I posted a thread about the do luck replicas but I know that RRM makes quality stuff. It looks like the lip is actually bigger on this version than the do luck, alot bigger. Could just be the angle. I wish they made fiberglass ones painted. Even though I have a GG RA I am not big on the whole carbon fiber look on the exterior, in my eyes its similar to those people who pick up hoods or tailgates from a junkyard thats a different color than the car, just looks out of place.

That built in lip spoiler looks huge compared to the actual do-luck trunk.

those pics are of actual do-luck trunks taken from various sources. the pic for the example of the fg trunk is actually carbon, you can see the carbon strip on the bottom that they left unpainted, it was most recently used here on bulletproof's thread about the do-luck trunk, see post #505:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...nk-lid-34.html

and im sure its been posted elsewhere here by the actual owner too, as i seem to remember having seen it before this as well.

without actual product photos, its just another replica that we have no idea how product quality is going to be. somebody's gonna have to get one and see if rrm stepped up to the plate on this one or if they went the route of aci. but for a couple hundred more than their carbon version, you can get an authentic do-luck version in frp where you know the quality and fit will be spot-on

means it'll probably fit just as poorly as the aci version and if you are looking for the best quality, you'll still have to get the original from do-luck. if you go with the do-luck frp version tho, its really not that much more expensive than the carbon knockoff, and it'll fit and look much better

yeah if they're reselling the same trunk (for a lot more money btw) that already has been shown to not have the best fitment in other threads from ACI then it really isn't worth it... to most people at least

Not trying to rag on RRM, but I have read a couple threads on here about them buying parts and charging more.
