Yes it will. The stock FMIC has a rubber hose between the FMIC and the UICP.
Replace this with a reducer hose so the top is the size for the UICP and the lower end is the size for the FMIC. Plenty of people have done it.

Any decent car parts shop should have them. It's just a silicon IC pipe.
Sorry I don't know the names of any shops in the US cause I'm in Aus

I cant be positive but Im pretty sure you dont. I think you only need that if your running the stock intercooler but I could be wrong

if you're running an ra based intercooler you'll likely need a new silicone adapter for an evo based pipe. if you're running an evo based intercooler you'll likely need a new silicone adapter for a ra based pipe. if both parts are coming from an evo part-line, you'll fit just fine, except you'll need the silicone adapter for the ra licp then if you're keeping that one stock
