Cover for OEM Bluetooth controls?

I plan on replacing the audio in my car and with that, I will lose the OEM Bluetooth capabilities, so I will be removing those components out of my car and possibly sellling them to someone. However, I don't want to be stuck with a nice gap in the plastic shroud behind the steering wheel where the wheel-mounted button module was, so I'm looking to either replace that shroud with one from the GSR that didn't come with the bluetooth controls or finding a cover for it. I came across this:

It says "cover" but doesn't specify if it goes along with the Bluetooth controls or is a cover plate that goes over that gap once the controls are removed. Anyone know for sure what that could be?
