I've seen another silver RA in that area twice (Asian drive, not Anthony). Once at the 101/710 and another time on the 10.

same here. I rarely see other RA's on my commutes, and you made 2 in 2 weeks. Last week, I saw a white RA on the 2 getting ready to merge onto the 210.
