That's my next project. Nicely done!

Wish eBay sold projectors without cheap halo rings. Let me guess, theretrofitsource.com? I've been looking at the Bi-Xenon Morimoto Mini Stage III Kit.

Actually I am using your headlights is my car right now I couldnt get that black paint off over the reflectors so I just swapped em out. For right now I am going to keep factory high beam functional...just hoping everthying stays together so I dont have to open them back up. .thanks again for the headlights E46

Np, (the black stuff was plastidip, its supposed to be removable with goo-gone?) oh well, project looks sick! yeah you gotta make the system very shock-resistant, its impossible to use too much JB weld

I thought it might be plasti dip but it wouldnt come off at all..So thats how you attached yours just used epoxy (JB weld)? i have seen others use brackets and screws and springs haha but if your's are still holding up mine should be ok.

use both, the jb is good to dampen shocks and avoid brackets/screws from loosening
