here is a better pic to show what I mean

As you can see the "stopper" so there is more pipe to the right of it witch is where my clamp is.

The reducer is longer on the short end.
The way the pipe sits it overlaps on both ends of the pipe. Intercooler side and turbo side.

Everything is sitting properly and is tight and sealed

i think everyone thought ur clamp was on the coupler itself, which it does look like, but it could be also that its on the pipe but itd suggest u put the clamp towards the end of coupler so that itd look cleaner and proper. doesnt really matter tho as long as its tightening the coupler onto the pipe thats all that matters

I agree it would look cleaner.

It may be how the UICP is sitting that the 2 pipes are so close. this weekend going to NJ to pickup my new recaro's so I might get the shop there to look at it see if they can reef on it and maybe sit it right.

It does the same on both ends of the pipe. like the pipem is maybe 2 inchs to long

I'll have to fiddle with it and see

Car looks good man, great shots as well. The orange dipped parts on the hood are different, but cool. Keep up the good work, certainly more organized than my modification ideals. xD

Well got my new seats wahoo!!!!

Word of cautin to any one installing GSR Recaro seats in a Ralliart, They don't fit hahaha
You will need to do modifications to the rails.

They needed to cut off a piece and re-weld it in a diffrent spot to make it work.

But it's all good now and they are in!! pics will come in a bit

Thanks again E-SPEC!!!

So I picked up an Evo X intercooler to upgrade my tinny Ralliart one.

I got just the intercooler not the piping.
Is it a big job to install it? I know I need thenupper Elbow.
Is the lower piping the same for both? Or do i need to upgrade that to?

Aree there any issued with the mounting? Do I have to make new mounting pointsa or something?

Thanks

mounting points are the same. The lower pipes are slightly different diameter. So, some people use a reducer or they swap to the EvoX lower pipe. I just made the couplers I had on hand work, the size difference is close enough that you can force the RA coupler to work w/ the EvoX FMIC.

Too much happening on the trunk, imo. Lose everything but the new orange badge, and then move the AWC badge to the lower right where the original RalliArt badge is and I think you'll have a winner.
