So I decided to delete my muffler today and went fancy on the tips.

At the split did u cut your hanger short to pull up the pipe?

yeah i wanted the exhaust to be as high up as possible

Need a vid of u really standing on it so we can hear what it sounds like opening it up and letting it rev out in each gear!!!!!!

Guess that's what I am going to have to do. Cut and pull up some. Cause I have a turbo xs catback and the pipe sets way low. Doesn't drag but does set lower than it should.

 

hows the sound for daily driving? any droning?

 

No droning... not very much cabin noise at all actually! Might go resonator delete next and then test pipe.

 

could you possibly make a in cabin vid? with the windows up and down? I've youtubed vids, and most I've seen with exhaust deletes sound pretty damn loud. Also any idea if this will melt the bumper?? since the exhaust is pretty much straight through now.

 

that really not a bad idea! havent seen that before like it
