Hey guys so I detailed the carp out of my car yesterday and I decided to just give everyone a tip that might help them keep those dang water drips off. So if you don't know this by now there is a small hole on your side mirrors that collects water and will drip on your doors creating a water mark after your all done. Well to avoid this just wrap a towl around the mirror (like shown in the picture) to completely avoid this annoying situation.

If anyone has any other tips please feel free to share their knowledge with everyone to keep their cars looking sexy lol

 

Yes that dripping from the mirrors drives me nuts!

I usually use my shop vac and suck out as much water as I can out of those holes.

 

Yeah I've done the same and I've used air to try and blow it out but the next morning the water mark was there lol so far this has been the best solution lol
