I got to check out a Megan DP in person today..Definitely well crafted. A friend of mine saw the downpipe and said "when I get the money, THAT is the turboback i'm going to buy".

Bump for an unbelievably kickass price

i have it on my 05, and it fits, but DOES NOT clear the stock under braces. It just barely sits on the rear one, but the front one has NO chance of fitting.

Curious to what everyone else did to remedy this situation.

btw: 05 MR

I'm told by Megan that they will fit an 05' less the MR. However, I can't see how having an MR would cause interference there. I was under the impression it had to do with the 6 speed tranny.

I have many customers running them on non-MR 05's now without issue.

Right, i was told it'd fit on the MR, however, i didn't purchase it from you, i don't believe. Just wanted to post up, to make sure no other MR owners grabbed it and wondered why it didn't fit.

It clears everything on the car, you just can't put the underbody braces back on.

How much would you need to space them to fit?

I'm on the fence about pulling the trigger on this. I just heard an HKS turbo back exhaust with cat delete and it sounded awesome, not loud at all but nice and deep. I'm worried this exhaust is going to sound too "tin can" like under light load or at highway speeds. I do a lot highway driving and don't want to hear that buzz for hours at a time. I wish someone would do a back to back comparison between this and stock.

The other thing I have a question about is if there is an extra bung for a w/b O2 sensor on the cat delete pipe? Also are there bungs for all the stock O2 sensors or do you have to zip-tie any sensors up?

Does this system come with the plug for the tail pipe? And does it make much of a difference?

I'm waiting on a response from Megan, but a few of my recent customers have received cat deletes with an O2 bung in it. I was not advised of this change. The catback has an O2 bung in the OE location just like the OE pipe. All orders come with a tail pipe "silencer" or "plug" as you called it. Read my other threads...

This exhaust does not sound high pitch or "tinny"... at all. No Honda bumble bee rattle cans here!

Again, check the provided threads for buyer feed back!

sounds good.

if you can get a confirmation on that extra bung for a WB it would seal the deal
