I can't wait till tax time. Or my insurance settlement. Either way, I'll either be going to Mitsu to pick up a IX MR or on the phone with RRM to set up an appt to drive to Cali for a few weeks.

thanks for answering quickly rock!

OFF TOPIC KINDA: does anyone know how to advance the timing? other than the drilling that has to be done on that one sensor.

The only other way would be to change the timing map in the ECU somehow. Slotting the bolt holes on the sensor seems easier at the moment.

Yeah i wouldn't do that either... probably best thing would be to just do a cam timing adjustment. Or possibly use the emanage to do it. Emanage may not work as far as fuel but there should be no reason for it not to work on a timing right?

Okay, can you elaborate on that a bit?

Your method does not account for exact control of how much timing you change. That could be dangerous.

Could be, but I never said to slot out 15* worth of rotation and jack it all the way over. A couple degrees would be nice for a free mod, though. I don't think there's material enough for more than that.

2 degrees might be fine but gotta go with higher octane fuel to be safe. Especially on the RA. Timing advance is already quite aggressive stock.
Back on topic.

Piggyback will also have logging capabilities. Anyone like that?

I like that. What parameters will you be able to log? RPM and airflow, obviously, but anything else?

Page states a lot... hey ROCK... is there any possibility of putting an input in to read the wideband on the software. I know the wideband has it's own but it would be cool just to tap in a wire and log it all on your Piggyback.

That would allow tuners to pinpoint exact RPM/Boost levels to modify. Basically the AFR log would allow us to hit the exact cells needed to be modified. That's a big plus i think.
