The "regulation capacity roof type" might meet your needs, although I'm not sure if Cusco offers one for Evo specifically.

Would it be feasable to create a removable rollcage that used stainless couplers similar to these?

I think having a solution a driver could quickly snap together at the track and remove before the drive home would be ideal for the majority of us. Any thoughts?
