Unknown ROM image?
this is how easy it is to mess up your dirs
options menu
take a look at the dir that is specified in the option "browse"
click the "cancel" thinking you dont want to change that dir
poof your meta dir is now wrong
the same thing happens for the colors and romfile directory so if any of that is missing for any body reselect your directorys again

the same thing happened to me, it happens when you are looking at the options, just exploreing to see what is what , when you select "metafile directory" and the the browse button with the dots on it, it automaticly defaults to the "C:\Documents and Settings\"user"\Start Menu\Programs\EcuFlash" directory if you dont reselect the proper folder
