I PM'd Mark at TorqueFreaks the toll-free number for the Vishnu crew. Hopefully Calvin will be helpful in connecting Mark and Shiv, and hopefully Mark isn't too swamped with stuff at the shop. I haven't caaled Mark to check and see how things are going yet. Hopefully he'll post here soon. I head up to Olympia tomorrow for an all-day meeting so I'll try to call him Thursday if he hasn't posted yet. I hope we can get it arranged before too long.

If this is going to happen, we need to cough up some extra cash for hotel (and top shelf Crown Royal) for Shiv - hell, I don't know what it is going to take. I want to hear from Mark and Shiv on this thread. All I know is, with all these new parts, I'm itching to get tuned in November or soon. If Shiv doesn't come here, I will just end up blowing my motor again and my wife will kill me.

 

For the record, if anyone is actually keeping track of any of this, I can make it to Portland or Seattle. Seattle: 2 cars for sure. Portland: 1 car for sure the other depends on which Saturday gets nailed down.

 

Nogi, there seems to me to be more than 1 Portland evo, plus 2 from south of Portland. In any event, i talked to Mark at TorqueFreaks and he has been in contact with Vishnu folks. Hopefully we'll get something firmed up before long (if Shiv's not too busy)

Wanted to post on here that I did in fact contact Vishnu and talked to Calvin. I explained that I owned a dyno facility and was initiating contact to set up a dyno tune day with Shiv on behalf of several intrested EvoM members. I guess Shiv was out and either the message did not get relayed by Calvin or just got blew off. I'm sorry to let you guys down on here but I don't have time to call someone 5 times a day to beg a tuner to come up to use my facility to make $$. I made the attempt. Until I get a call from Shiv (and only Shiv) this dyno tune day isn't going any further other than the thread growing with "whats going on?" posts. If any of you want to try to facilitate this further then I leave it in your hands.
