We need a Stock ECU records thread, just like any of the quarter mile or power threads. I've installed a rather large turbo with my stock ecu and so far on low boost (cant crank it yet due to 680cc injectors) it's running like a champ.

I want to see what the stock records for 1/4 mile, Power, Trap, etc are. So Let's get the ball rolling on this. Please include what turbo you're running, what injector size, and who tuned the car.

Smogrunner has done 584 if Im not mistaken. He also ran 11.1 IIRC but I think someone has run 11.0 or 10.9 with it.

 

Yeah I'm trying to find out the whos and the whats, but I think the record for 1/4 mile is 10.9 from some dude in PR, and I think smoggy has it for power.

If this was strictly about drag racing then I would agree that it should be in a drag racing forum, but my guess is that you're bitter about the other post in this forum and you've allowed yourself to get in a huff and make a fuss in my post.

This is about measurable performance of the stock ecu, and if you have some other means of measuring that performance other then dynos, et's, and trap speeds I'm all ears. Until that time you can feel free to not add your two cents unless its relevant to the topic at hand, thanks.

 

I made 554awhp and 416awtq with a stock ecu and maf. My mods are a DNP header, 67mm turbo, 280 cams, 1000cc and your basic bolt on Evo mods. I got a M1 flash from Jestr for $52. I gave him a list of my mods and he sent me a flash. Flashed my car and it started right up. Went out and tuned it with a wideband and evoscan. Took it to the dyno and my 1st pull was 547awhp. I made about 4 pulls and end up with the 554awhp. It was the best $52 I spent on the Evo. Jestr is the man...

 

you're running speed density though with the MAFT correct? Great numbers btw.

 

No, just a flash with the stock ecu and stock maf. I am getting a Maf Translator and GM Maf. So I can get rid of the stock maf and run more boost. The 554awhp was with 29psi.
