Aquamist...Special Thanks!!!

I would like to give a big thanks to Richard L, Jack and Beatriz for all their effort and generosity in forming this group buy for the Aquamist HFS-1 kit in the first place. Yesterday I received a phone call from Richard L after Jack had forwarded him my contact information about 1 hour after the fact. Richard is one of the nicest guys I have ever spoken to; he is very professional, knowledgable, and very willing to help out. I really can't thank Richard enough. I decided to upgrade to the HFS-5 unit because it is only a couple more hundred dollars more than the HFS-1. Needless to say Richard contacted Beatriz who called me about two hours later asking for all my billing/shipping information. This was between 4:30-5:00pm EST on Tues. This morning, Wednesday, I get home at 12pm and sitting on my kitchen table was a box labeled Aquamist. I couldn't believe it, the kit had already arrived.
I have to give Jack a special thanks as well as I have been talking to him from time to time since the group buy began some 4 weeks ago. He has been great to talk to and likewise, very knowledgeable on all aspects of the alcohol injection system. He has really stepped it up by supplying me with extra parts at no extra cost. This is customer service at its best!!
Thanks again to everyone who is a part of aquamist! You guys certainly deserve the recognition and respect for your superior service and the unquestionable quality of your products.
Here are some pictures of the HFS-5 kit:

I will have my computer close by Richard, just in case. I know Abner hasn't installed a HFS-5 yet, but between the two of us, we should be just fine. Thanks again Richard!

It's almost getting boring to hear the same thing over and over again, but for those that have not experienced either the customer service or the product itself, it really is shocking how far beyond everybody they are. It sounds corny, but now whenever I have to purchase a product of any kind, I find myself thinking "I wish Aquamist made one of these". The only even remotely viable point that somebody could make in favor of buying another kit would be based purely on price (which is usually a sure fire way to end up with crap). But in this case, with the GB pricing, even that "issue" goes away.

Well said, you couldn't be more correct.

They are 6 quart tanks. They cost like $30 shipped. Just give flambeau a call, they are very nice and they will take care of you. I received both of my tanks within 3 business days of ordering them. Great service!

i just did a 12 tanks/cap order from flambeau

12 X 062150AE - 6 quarts tank - 1 to 11 pieces - $27.10, 12 up - $21.60
12 X 080013AE - 2.25 engineered thread vented caps - 1 to 49 pieces - $1.80

(12 X 21.60) + (12 X 1.80) + ~10s/h = 290.80

price/tankcap = ~$24

I agree with nick, they are very nice to deal with!
