Call Buschur, AMS or even Slowboy. They all sell a lot of 4G64 blocks. They sell a kit specifically designed to adapt the motor and head together, you need the head gasket, water pump space and adjustable cam gears.

As for the exact diameter I will have to check when I get home. I know BR sells them for sure though.

As always Rockman is correct, he is still paying too much for his parts though 86.5mm is standard bore, 87mm would be .020" over. The $87 gasket you saw is a Cometic 87mm gasket for the 6 Bolt DSM version of the 4g64, the only cometic gasket made for the Evo is the phuzion for $229.99 shipped.

Power Enterprise 87mm $209.99 shipped

AMS custom head gasket $159.99 shipped (PM or call to order)

What gasket are you using on the 1,000hp cars? O-rings or not? Thanks!
