Hey this is a VERY noob request,

I just can my laptop working and I would like to upload the map I have in my EMS to my laptop just incase anything happens to my car. The map is tuned by Turbo Trix and it working great so I don't want to screw it up without a backup. Can someone just tell me the steps in order to get the map onto my laptop and save it, thanks in advance. (please tell me ALL the steps)
