Doesnt al do all of the evo tuning out of your shop ? I know you run a haltech in your " 11.2 shop race car " It seems you are a big advocate of knock control. Maybe you think about putting an aem in you shop car and using knock control ?? any thoughts on this

Yup in front of your ex customer, i believe the machine shop said " the guy who put this crank back in the motor should be shot " .... I have some nice photos of the two rod bearings..

Ohh so, let me see if i can figure this out, the motor detonated and bent the crank, then it destroyed the same two rod bearings that you swapped out in juans car... I see where your going ..

BUT....just to clear a few things up.....

i never blew up my drivetrain....my transfer case failed because of a mistake made at the dealer when changing the fluid. They never put the fill plug on the TC...and a month later....it was whining like hell...since then the TC was replaced and i blew my clutch.....like many other people who race. When i started my thread about the Exedy clutch....IT WAS DIRECTED AT EXEDY...i think that was pretty obvious when you read the title "Exedy twin disc sucks my white a$$" so in all honesty....i knew exactly what i was doing. With this post, You aparantly did not.

next thing.....i haven't made a single comment about you other than an opinion based on your situation...there were no low blows, no insults...i have simply stated that i believe that you should have gone to Mark first.....like i said before...i do remember you...and i have no problem with you. hence...if you read my previous post...you will hopefully realize that there was no hostility....just an opinion on your situation.

i am only going to say this once...and i mean no harm by it....just soak it in for a second.

If you really think that your original post was not going to cause what it has on this board.....based on all of your experience on this board and among others.....you must be a blind man....because you of all people know exactly what happens when the people of this board smell a drop of blood....
Dude, point well taken......Thank you for clarifying Yes I did think u were chewing me out a bit, but I know u didnt low blow though. Reading this post again helped realize you were just making a statement based on your opinion and I actually respect and accept that

Apologies are due on my behalf and that I do........SORRY DUDE!!! I apologize....

I brought the point of your past posts because I have found them to be quite informative and helpful and thats what this forum is supposed to be. You as well as myself and others have been through several nightmares and have posted with the intention of helping others prevent the same scenario.........

So with that said........Besides my apology, I also owe you a or two

chain of events juan drove the car here, head gasket was blown, pull the head, find piston is in poor shape, new pistons, deck head , new head gasket, say break it in, customer did(1500miles), then he takes it to Turbotrix, mark tunes, car makes incredible power for what it had. 4hrs later it is blown up. FRENCHTOAST if you will. (If you look at it rationally you can't blame pruven). then the customer calls and we say bring it down, customer says is this gonna cost me, we say if it our fault we will take care of it. customer never showed up, just like rick never went back to you and gave you a chance to make it right(kinda sucks don't it) funny bolth of these cars were tuned buy YOU. so stop pointing fingers and stay on the tech side of this post.
peace
