Whats your point? I explained that we were investigated, as does that thread from last year. Thats standard procedure for someone who files a complaint, an investigation is started. They were all dropped because they were unfounded and prompted by a powerful lawyer who authorized all the work and plain just didn't want to pay. He was an outright lier (maybe you do know him) Obviously there are many details involved such as this guy claiming I spoke with him only 4 times when I have phone bill records showing 67 calls to Mr. Cobb while his car was here. The car was sold at auction, end of story. I couldn't have done that if I didn't run a legitimate business and have everything in order. You can't just sell someones car. I will continue to run my business in this same legitimate manner, otherwise I might as well go out of business if I didn't. All estimates are signed before any work is started, the rest is history. Maybe you might have your own investigation to deal with soon.

Marc how does dragging this nonsense into this thread help the originator of this thread? Your attempting to distract readers from you foul ups in tuning and blowing up motors just as I stated before. I'm starting to see a pattern here.

Dan...

it was your decision to post up in this thread, why are you suprised that your ethics and business practices came into play. Your just pissed because you are being exposed for the weasel you are. If your insinuating that i had someones car stolen .. let me know now, cause i'll take this to a whole different level. You just dont know when to bud out of crap that doent concern you. Now that it does concern you , you dont like it and you want it to go away. It doesnt work that way dano....

Talk away, I have nothing to hide. I love all of this. It shows the truth which you keep dodging. What would you like to discuss next?

No, I really just want to know why you want to tune without a knock sensor or an AIT or not check your maps and why when you turn the boost down the car blows up.

Hey guys can we put the rivalary to rest. I think we are here to learn from each other no to point fingers at each other. You guys should think about how this comes across to the potential or current customers that you have. Please let's keep this professional. No more silly arguments and finger pointing. We can all learn from each other to better serve our customers.

Hope you agree!

I agree 100%. I come on here to do none other than help out fellow members of this board and possibly shed some light on the situation and I get attacked because of it. Personal insults get thrown my way, and I have to defend myself which I have no problem doing since my posts actually make sense. But I can only apologize for having anyone who is not interested in reading this, sift through the B.S. and decifer what is credible and what is not and what is actually related to this thread. I hope this thread can go on tomorrow and so on without anymore slander. . Again I apologize to those who have to clear through the rubbish in this thread to get out of it what it's really all about.

Any kind of crap directed towards an opposing shop is a sign of not having enough confidence in your own talent and customer base. Shooting down the "other" shop is pure stupidity being that both have and do produce content customers. That being said, I have to side a bit with Dan, only because his initial attemp was to help out. Have fun!

Lets stop the pissing match and go back on topic please... By trashing each others, I dont see it can help anybody. I personally starting to doubt everybody's creditability. I think that one or 2 mistakes is acceptable, but repeated mistakes over 5 is kind of scary if you ask me. This thread actually made people realize that WHPs come with compromise....
