Question AEM EMS or MoTeC???

MoTeC has just recently announced their new plug and play ECU's for the Evo and Scooby, and should be coming out sonn if not already. I have the money for the EMS now, sooo should i go with AEM or MoTeC. I been leaning towards motec cuz they have a lot more experience in this department, but i cant make up my mind.

Tuning, tuning, tuning and more good tuning. both systems help the engine make power. the question should be where can i find a good tuner that realy knows the system i am going to buy.

You should get whichever ECU whoever tuning it has the most experience with. ie. If he has been tuning EMS's for years, go with AEM. If he's a genious with the Motec, wait for that. Remember, a stand alone is only as good as it's tuner. You really need to shop the tuners more than the units. Good results can be achieved with any platform, including to stock ecu with a reflash. If you're tuning it, I guess then it's entirely up to which one you think would be easier for you to learn/use.

anyway, that being said. I have the AEM EMS and I love it. It takes time to get EVERYTHING working perfect but it's an excellent ECU.

Good stuff, well looks like im goin with Motec. My local tuner specializes in motec and has just recenlty started tuning AEM. So im gonna go with the experience they have with motec so that i get the best tune possible. Thanks Guys...
