Aem Tuning!!

I just spent the weekend out at the dyno in orlando with Nick Nick and Chris from PRECISION DYNO TUNING..Nick is a great tuner and I was highly impressed with the his tune...I started out at 230 hp on a mustang dyno and he made 390 hp in about an hour...pricing was very reasonable and they are all great guys! If you live anywhere on the east coast of the U.S. i believe he will travel to you....If anyone has any qeustions about my Precision Dyno Tuning experience message me....

Evan, Thank you for the kind words man.
I am very happy with the results from your car. We will be back down in the orlando Area again after SEMA in November to tune some more Evos.
It was exciting tuning that AWD mirage. Fantastic car.

Kerndog8,
The car was tuned by another private tuner. It detonated horribly and wouldn't get out of its own way .
It was a huge transformation for the car. I have never in my years of tuning seen a worst ignition map. The fuel wasn't much better.

PDT - you guys fly out to tune cars?
or tune at your own facility?
That car must have been really screwed to end up with that high number considering the base run.

In This case we actually drove down to florida. We had other cars to tune on the way down. So flying was not an option.
Next time we will fly for sure.
But yes we do go all over.
This comming week in maryland, next Vegas for sema.
Then we are going to Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado.
It is a busy time of the year. If you need anything feel free to contact us at any time to schedule a trip. 856-495-2227

I was the other Evo tuned on saturday by Precision Dyno at CFT. Nick did a great job giving me a performance tune on a brand new AEM that I bought from them. I was able to put down 461 horse and 398 torque on 93 octane and meth. I had the Xede controlling everything and decided to switch over to AEM to be ready for future modifications to the motor. With the Xede I was able to put down 385 horse car ran fine just the stock computer was not able to handle the 880 injectors could smell raw gas on start ups and any time it was really idling. The 385 was put down on a dynodynamics dyno. My mods are AMS GT35R turbo, HKS cams 264i,272e, head studs, cam gears, 3 inch exhaust and high flow cat, Exede twin plate clutch, AMS intercooler, AMS 880 injectors, 255 walboro fuel pump, SMC methanol and now AEM standalone. Only complaint is now im getting the spark plug blow out above 28 pounds of boost so now im going to have to upgrade the ignition, which wasnt a problem with the Xede. Trade off is speed density and more horse power. Thanks again Nick for all your help.

The car is very drivable. The AMS kit spools up very fast.If you are in the right gear it
feels like there is no lag.The more boost you run the faster it spools. If the car is tuned
right and you have the right turbo it is a blast to drive. Turbo lag is way over rated,
I run 28 psi with meth. When I had the Xede controlling the tune I could switch between
24psi and 28psi with meth and spooled so much faster with28psi.
