AEM instead of Emanage

AEM instead of Emanage
Hey Guys, I just got AEM ems, its going to replace my Greddy Emanage computer. Does anyone knows if its ok to zero-out settings on Emanage and swap the Stock computer with AEM or should I uninstall Emanage. Reason I am asking is because its spliced into wiring and gonna be BitXX to uninstall.
